Doctor strange wandavision episode 91/14/2024 I just hope it'll be satisfying enough for people. Those are still all secondary to the story's main plotline, and that is Wanda overcoming her grief. Everyone wants to talk about mutants, the X-Men, the multiverse, etc., etc., and while all of that is important, they're also not the point of the show. That will be the focal point of the show. I think people need to brace themselves for not getting all their questions answered during the finale. A 50-minute episode is a little shorter than I anticipated, but not by much. WandaVision obviously falls into the former, so the most these episodes would be is like an hour long. Shows with longer runtimes & fewer episodes (i.e., FATWS, Loki).Shows with shorter runtimes & more episodes (i.e., WandaVision, She-Hulk).Feige made it clear that there are two types of Marvel Disney+ shows: She's no longer really associated with the "X-Men" side of Marvel Comics.Īs I (and many others) thought, this episode wasn't going to be like a fucking 2-hour episode. Wanda is more closely related to people like Strange and Brother Voodoo. If anyone knows anything about the recent comics of Wanda and Strange, they would know that they team up because they're both magical heroes. That said, I think they're going to emphasize the "witch" part of her backstory. She'll most likely be a "mutant" whose "mutant ability" is dealing with witchcraft. ![]() That technically makes her a "mutant" (whether or not they're going to drop that word specifically, I guess we'll just have to wait and see) however, Agatha also said she was a "baby witch." Throughout this episode, Agatha makes it known that Wanda is a WITCH that has magical origins, referencing things like fundamental rune spells, chaos magic, and hexes. ![]() The best I could see in the MCU is that it's a combination of both, but with the witch side being more prominent.įrom this episode, they made it clear that Wanda had her powers before the mind stone, so she was born with them. I think people need to temper their expectations when it comes to Wanda being a mutant. Honestly whoever this guy is he is definitely not just a random Westview person Pietro is an otherworldly being disguised as Wanda's "brother" Pietro IS Peter Maximoff from the X-Men universe Pietro is a "meta" casting by Marvel Studios and isn't really anyone else other than a fake Pietro ![]() No other information was found since then about who he is unlike the other Westview residentsģ) Agatha is puppeteering Fietro but did not create him as a magical construct or smthgĤ) Everyone knows it's not Pietro but no one knows who it actually isĥ) They make it a point (imo) to show that Fietro isn't MCU Quicksilver, from the way he acts, the way he remembers things, the lack of accent.Ħ) I feel like this could only mean a few things: Based from what we've seen in the episodes where "Pietro" appeared or was mentioned:ġ) The alarm outside the Hex went off when he first arrived in Westview (note: this same alarm also blared when Monica was kicked out of Westview)Ģ) When Darcy saw him he knew it was a "recast".
